"Very handy to Gare Du Nord station - 400 metres, also close to metro-200 metres Some restaurants , patisserie, boulanger, and groceries within a block or two. The apartment entrance is a wee journey but worth it. The apartment itself is typically Parisian charming with everything one needs for aus, a 3 night stay. Plenty of modern gadgetry and facilitie to comfort one during your stay. Good bathroom , comfy bed and pillows, big TV and great kitchen. The excellent table top Dyson fan worked treat during our very warm stay in Paris . Fairly quiet location , no problems sleeping. Clement (host) instructions were great and there was coffee capsules and a bottle of wine waiting for our stay, nice touch. Enjoyed our stay as I am sure anybody would. Cest bon Merci beaucoup Clement."

"The location is great - central enought to have many noteworthy locations reachable on foot (20-30 minutes), yet not too touristy witha a few decent restaurants nearby. Metro is close by as well. Besides that, the facilities are extensive - all the usual plus a washing machine, steam iron, coffee maker, and more."

"We did have to search to find the key safe , in the second light well, but the supplied photo did mean we knew what we were looking for. There were no instructions for the bedroom heater, fortunately we did not need it."

"Mooi appartement vlakbij het station. Erg aardige eigenaar die ons goed heeft geholpen. We mochten de koffers eerder brengen en we konden iets later uitchecken. Nog bedankt daarvoor."

"Está ubicado en una zona muy cercana a la estación. Si se va s viajar en tren este es el principal motivo para alojarse aquí. Zona comercial y muy concurrida pero el departamento es silencioso y dá a una calle de atrás no tan concurrida. Cama comoda , buena conexion wifi y tv. Bien equipado con café , te y aguas de cortesía."
